Police responded to a four-car accident on Mile Hill Road. According to police, Windsor resident Adam Mulholland was traveling on Mile Hill Road when he looked down at a work order and crossed into the opposite lane, hitting another car. The struck car spun and collided with a third car. Mulholland continued to travel in the wrong lane, police report, hitting a fourth vehicle.

Two drivers and a passenger were sent to the hospital, according to police. Mulholland was issued an infraction ticket for failure to keep right and distracted driving while operating a motor vehicle, police report.

January 28

Two Tolland residents were involved in a two-car accident, according to police. Police report that Jeffrey and Susan Zaske of Tolland were traveling on Goose Lane and stopped to make a left turn when Vernon resident Marina Genga struck their car from behind. No injuries were reported.

January 30

A Tolland resident was involved in an accident in Somers, police report. Jeffrey Duda of Tolland was stopped for traffic on Route 190 in Somers when Somers resident Kiley Russell struck his vehicle from behind, according to police. Both cars sustained minor damage and no injuries were reported.
