Day 1- no bake energy bites

Our house is full and very busy-5 humans and 2 dogs...2 very large dogs. Mommy, daddy, A-age 17, J-almost 6, E-7weeks today, and M&Z our furry friends. I'll rate the daily "pin". rating will be based on the type of pin and either the humans, or the pooches will weigh in 😊
~no bake energy bites~ first- incredibly easy... And did I mention easy?!?! I made these with baby on board, in my ergo carrier. She slept, I measured and stirred. Easy and yummy!!
I ate them for breakfast, dad ate them for lunch, the kids, minus the baby.. (Well technically she ate them too since i'm breast feeding) had them for snacks... The energy bites got 👍👍👍👍four thumbs up, parent and kid approved for sure! Seriously.. Make these, you won't be disappointed.
1 cup dry oatmeal 
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup diced dates
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey ( I used local)
1 teaspoon vanilla
* mix all together, put in fridge to chill for 30 min, once chilled roll into balls ( I used a pampered chef small scooper) about 1 inch balls store in airtight container, lasts about a week... Unless u live here, lasted 3 days! Enjoy...
