Paving on Peter Green and a Date for the Tree Lighting
Things to know in Tolland for Oct. 9, 2013
Paving crews are back in Tolland to finish "a few roads" Wednesday morning, DPW officials said.
Paving crews will be grinding up Peter Green Road from Burbank Road to Route 74, officials said. That section of roadway will be closed with the exception of buses and emergency vehicles, officials said.

It was announced at Tuesday's Town Council meeting that the annual tree lighting ceremony has been scheduled for Nov. 30 on the Tolland Green.
The ceremony will be followed by the annual torchlight parade.
