From the Town of Tolland:
The Town Manager’s Office is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Lisa Ann Hancock to the position of Director of Finance and Records. Ms. Hancock is an experienced finance professional, having worked in her field for almost thirty years.
Ms. Hancock has experience in accounting, debt management, budgeting, purchasing, information technology and extensive experience with MUNIS software, which is the financial platform used by the Town. She began her career in Pinellas Park, FL as an accountant and became Controller in Glastonbury, CT in 1987. After that she worked as the Chief Financial Officer in Colchester, CT and the Director of Finance in Wethersfield, CT.
Most recently Lisa has been working for the Town of Hebron as Finance Director. While she has enjoyed her time in that position she is looking forward to working in Tolland and will begin her duties in Tolland on January 30th.
