Thank you to the community for attending the budget workshops and following the process thus far.
The Board of Education has completed our budget workshops over the past few weeks, where we have made modifications to the budget and discussed cost-saving initiatives with the help of the community.
At this week’s regularly scheduled meeting, Wednesday, February 12th, the Board of Education will adopt a budget resolution which will then become part of the Town Manager’s community conversation on Thursday, February 13th at the Fire Training Center. But our job is not done. We will continue to follow through on possible cost-saving opportunities, and monitor aspects of the current budget. We will also continue to work with the town council through the remainder of the budget process.

March 4th, 7:00pm: Joint Meeting, Town Council & BOE, Council Chambers
March 26th, 7:30pm: Public Hearing on Town Manager’s Recommended Budget, THS Auditorium
