The Tolland Water Commission on Thursday issued the following statement:
The Tolland Water Commission is notifying customers that with scheduled completion of rehabilitation work on Well No. 1 and the switch of operations from back-up Well No. 2 to Well No. 1, there may be some change in water color or taste.
This changeover is planned for the afternoon of Friday, Dec. 13. This will not affect the healthfulness of the water product to you. The inspection and rehabilitation work on Well No. 1 was to improve water quality and productivity.
