No Fourth of July Trash Collection
Thursday and Friday routes will be postponed to the day after the regular pick-up day.
Town officials have released the following information about Fourth of July trash and recycling pickups:
Town Offices & Tolland Public Library will be closed on Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day and there will be no solid waste or recycling pickups.
Thursday and Friday routes will be postponed to the day after the regular pickup day. If your regular pick-up is Thursday you will be picked up Friday of that week and Friday pickup with be Saturday.
The bulky pick-up week for July will be Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12. Please be aware that after July bulky pickup will be every other month.
Please call 800-286-5335 or go to www.williwaste.com and click on “Tolland Residents Only” to schedule your bulky waste pick-up, you must schedule four days in advance .
