A drop-off spot for the disposal of Christmas trees is located at the parking lot of Crandall II near the Parks and Facilities Garage off of Cider Mill Road, town officials said this week.
To get there, follow Cider Mill Road, take the turn for Crandall Lodge, then travel past the Parks and Facilities Garage and the drop-off area will be on the left.
Willimantic Waste will not be picking up Christmas trees as part of the regular trash collection service, town officials said.
The town will continue to receive Christmas Trees at Crandall II until January 26, town officials said
