Scrapbooking for Kids

The Tolland Recreation Department is offering Spectacular Scrapbooks for children ages 4 to 8.  Children can join their friends and peers for a day of memory creations. They will have fun creating a scrapbook filled with their most treasured memories using stickers, glitter, colors, and so much more!  Please bring between 15-25 pictures for the book. 

The class runs from 10:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, and costs $26.  It will be held in the Library Program Room and is instructed by Jessica Salkeld.
