Complex Near UConn Sells for More than $8 Million
The complex is a short distance from Tolland.
A Willington apartment complex close to the University of Connecticut has been sold.
According to the Warren Group, a major compiler of real estate statistics for the region, and its publication, the Commercial Record, the price tag for the Willington Oaks complex was $8.42 million.
The complex sits about 7 miles from the Tolland Green at 380 Daleville Road - off Route 44 near the intersection with Route 195.
The complex has 128 units - 64 one-bedroom apartments and 64 two-bedroom townhouse-style units, according to various real estate sources.
Rick Chozick, president of Hartford-based investment sales brokerage Chozick Realty Inc., advised the seller, RRE VIP Willington LLC, and procured the buyer, Willington Oaks LLC., the Warren Group said.
