Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
Tolland is that great mix of local history, community, and innovative progress. The town moves forward without sacrificing its past and history. The Arts area always an inportant aspect of any community and an important reminder of our handcraft heritage.

Briefly, what business are you in?
Local, handcrafted pottery as well as the work of other area artisan. Also, adult classes.

What's been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
Being able to make a living with my own hands for almost 30 years. Also, providing the community with handcrafted pottery where they can see the process, and meet the person who made their purchase, made in the USA!

What's something people would find surprising about your business or profession?
People may be surprised that I have a college degree in Ceramics from UConn.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
I volunteer to teach pottery at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. I donate to area auctions, events. I also provide trophies to area road races, etc.
