Tolland's own Country Butcher at Spring Meadow Farm has decorated its old-world style Butcher Shop for the holidays - stop by for a visit!
Just in time for the holidays, The Country Butcher has decorated its butcher shop and loaded the shelves and meat cases with some of their award-winning holiday meat products and sausages.
This time of year brings out many special food items:
- Christmas Kielbasa
- Alpine Ring Bologna
- Black Forest Bacon
- Christmas Summer Sausage
- Smoked Cheeses
The Country Butcher has everything covered. How about choice and prime rib Certified Angus Beef? Aged 21 days, it is available with Stephen Boyer's (the country butcher himself!) homemade Beef Au Jus.
