A Look at Tolland, Connecticut's Top Town

Residents share their favorite part about living in Tolland, the 37th best small town in the country, according to Money Magazine.

It's time to celebrate! recently listed Tolland as the 37th best small town in America in its Top 100 Best Places to Live.

Tolland ranked ahead of four other Connecticut towns that also made the list: South Windsor, Cheshire, Portland and Simsbury.

Tolland was listed as 27th in 2009 and 29th in 2005.
