Tolland County is under another winter storm warning until 6 a.m. on Wednesday. According to the National Weather Service, Tolland can expect snow before 11 a.m., snow and sleet between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., then rain and snow after 3 p.m. Snow and sleet accumulations may be between 3 and 5 inches.
