National Weather Service: Extreme Cold in Tolland, Then Snow

The low will reach -15°F Thursday evening with snow beginning to fall on Friday night.

The National Weather Service is forecasting extreme cold for Tolland over the next 24 hours before snow arrives Friday evening.

According to the NWS website, it could feel as frigid as -15 °F this evening with windchill. Wind gusts will reach 25 mph.

The temperature will rise to a high of 21°F Friday with a low of 12°F tomorrow night. With wind chill, it could feel like -17°F. Snow is forecasted to arrive between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. Accumulations of 1 to 2 inches is possible.
