Ellington Ridge Country Club located in Ellington will serve brunch from 11:30 am until 2:00pm. An Easter Egg Hunt featuring a visit from the Easter bunny will be held at 12:30pm for children attending brunch. An extensive buffet will feature items such as fresh fruit, assorted muffins, corned beef hash, made to order omelettes,chicken kiev, and baked cod. A dessert table including chocolate fountains will also be available. Cost of the buffet is $24.95 for adults, $12.95 for children under 12, $5.00 for children 4 and under. The Nutmeg Restaurant in East Windsor will be serving both brunch and dinner on Easter. Brunch will be buffet style and include assorted pastas, a carving station, salads, eggs, desserts, and much more. Cost is 29.99 per person and reservations are required. The Adams Mill located in Manchester will be serving brunch from 10:30am-4:00pm. Reservation seating is from 10:30am-2:30pm. Six specialty stations will be featured including omelette and belgian waffle stations. A hot buffet will also be offered. Coffee, tea, and an adult cocktail are included. Mill on the River in South Windsor will feature an Easter Dinner Menu from 11:30am through 5:30pm. The three course menu will cost $32.95 per adult and $15.95 for children 12 and under.
