Small Tolland Water Association to Represent State This Spring

The Eastview Kozley Water Association will be competing in Washington, D.C. next year.

It looks like Tolland has the best water of them all.

The Eastview Kozley Water Association took home the big win at The Atlantic States Rural Water & Wastewater Association's Annual Drinking Water Taste Test Competition in October, according to a press release sent to Tolland Patch.

The one-well system, which serves 25 customers, according to the release, won the competition in the Water Without a Disinfectant category, and will be representing Connecticut this spring during the National Great American Taste Test in Washington, D.C.
