What to Do in Tolland This Weekend: Dec. 14 - 16

Musical Christmas performances are occurring all over town this weekend!

1. Singer Debra Lynn, who gave her first public performance in Tolland on Christmas Eve in 1972, is giving a Christmas concert at the United Congregational Church of Tolland this Sunday at 3:30 p.m. 

Lynn founded the Maui Civic Light Opera and has performed throughout Europe and the U.S. 

2. Ticket holders, don't forget, the Tolland High School madrigal dinner is this Friday and Saturday starting at 6 p.m.! Click here to see some of the fun from last year.

3. Need some help gift wrapping? Then take advantage of the Tolland Recreation Department's gift wrapping event this Saturday.

Presents can be dropped off at the recreation center from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and picked up from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wrapping costs a dollar for a small gift, $2 for a medium-sized gift and $3 for a large gift.

4. Several Tolland residents will be performing in 'Scrooge! The Musical' at the Storrs Congregational Church this Friday and Saturday. The shows start at 7 p.m.
