What to Do in Tolland This Weekend: Jan. 18 - 20

1. Chat with fellow parents and educators about preschool and what your child needs to know before starting. The Tolland Family Resource Center is hosting the Coffee and Conversation on Friday at 10:30 a.m.

2. The Pleasant View Golf Center in Somers is giving back to those affected by Sandy Hook. The business is hosting a chili cook off at the golf center this Saturday at 11 a.m. The proceeds will go to the Sandy Hook Fire Department. Entrance donation is $8. 

3. Have some fun and get in your exercise at the at the North American Dance Academy in Enfield. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with a group lesson. Admission is $10.

4. The THS boys swim team is scheduled to compete against Middletown this Friday at 4 p.m. at the Mansfield Community Center pool. The boys ice hockey team is traveling to the International Skating Center of Connecticut to play against Northwest Catholic this Saturday at 5:45 p.m.
