Classes will cover following topics (and many others):

  • Foods that sap energy vs. foods that stabilize blood sugar;

  •  Using real food to help chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, obesity, high cholesterol and heart disease;

  •  Healing power of juicing, raw food and detoxing;

  • Learning to demystify cravings
