First Light Early Morning Yoga!
Join us for an all level (beginners/intermediates welcome) every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 am for a 50 minute class. A lovely way to begin the day with a slow practice to warm up your body and breathing exercises to prepare your mind to face the day.
