Myth, Maggots, Minie Balls, Gangrene, and Glory: A Civil War Medical Program

You’re invited to the Benton Homestead! On October 6th,
2013, at 2:00 pm, the Tolland Historical Society will be hosting “Myth,
Maggots, Minie Balls, Gangrene, and Glory: A Civil War Medical Program.” This
program will be presented by Carolyn Ivanoff, the Housemaster at Shelton
Intermediate School. If you are interested in the Civil War, medicine, or
history in general, you will not want to miss this interesting program.
