Pet Pictures With Santa Claus

For the 15th year in a row, Animal Welfare And Rights Entity (AWARE) will hold their Pet Pictures With Santa Claus event, just in time for the holiday season.  The event will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Colonial Gardens, 46 Hartford Turnpike, Route 30, in Tolland.  All pictures will be taken by professional photographer, Dennis Aluisa of Classic Images Photography.  You’ll be able to view and select the shots you like from their digital system, prior to ordering them.  Several photo sizes and packages are available.

Photos may be taken:

• with or without Santa Claus
• with pets only
• with pets and family members
• with family members only
• YOUR CHOICE!

A variety of Christmas and holiday cards will also be available for purchase.  This is a unique opportunity to include your much-loved pet(s) in your holiday greetings to family and friends, while contributing to the support of an all-volunteer animal rescue group.

All proceeds will benefit AWARE, a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization, and will help provide veterinarian care and food for abused or abandoned animals, prior to adoption.  To schedule an appointment, please call Lynn at 860.872.1586.  Walk-ins are also welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
