Tolland Culture Fair

The Tolland High School World Language Club is hosting a Culture Fair at Birch Grove Primary School on Friday, October 4th from 4 to 7 pm. The fair will incorporate cultures from around the world by presenting booths which exhibit international food, music, clothing, and activities to the community. Special children's activities will take place, such as intercultural sports, games, and crafts. There will also be several performances showcased at the event. Upon entrance, children will receive a "passport" and "suitcase" to carry as they travel around the world. The goal of the fair is to help spread diversity within the community, make people of all ages aware of international cultures, and unite the unique backgrounds of Tolland's residents. Entrance price is $10 per family or $3 per individual. All profit will be donated to UNICEF. The club has worked very hard for over a year on this event and hopes to see a large turnout!
