What Sold in Tolland This Week: Jan. 10 - 17

The most expensive transaction this week was for property on Avebury Lane.

Kevin and Diane Malloy transferred the property at 63 Avebury Lane to Jonathan and Nancy Cofield for $365,000.

Chrisie Koplin transferred the property at 54 Candlewood Drive to Jason Neyers for $312,500.

Tracy and Jeffrey Cole transferred the property at 53 Kingsbury Avenue to Kyle and Andrea Sprague for $145,000.
