Nutrition and Health- The Conjoined Twins

Love and Peas Health Coaching- new business in Tolland- on a mission to help people achieve optimal health through diet and life style modifications.

Over the last several years, Tolland residents have been fortunate to have new local businesses offer yoga, pilates, cardio exercise and organized team sports, all without leaving the confines of the town. All of the local venues have been well received by residents. When it comes to fitness, athletics and body-mind connection, they serve a very important role for adults and kids.

However, there is another very important aspect of the health and wellness puzzle that often is forgotten or misunderstood.

That missing part is nutrition and the role it plays in our health. With so much confusing information and contradicting scientific studies in the field of nutrition, it is no wonder that we often just give up and adopt the approach of crossing our fingers and hoping for the best.

Therefore, it is my pleasure to inform you that Tolland now welcomes a brand new business, Love and Peas Health Coaching, which will focus on nutrition education, healthy eating, cooking classes and life style changes. This will provide the missing piece to the puzzle of healthy, vibrant, energized and fulfilling life.

Love and Peas Health Coaching is offering Nutrition Immersion Classes which begin in early October at Breathe...more, LLC in Tolland.  Go to www.breathemorellc.com for more details and information on how to register.

Also stay tuned to the Patch in the coming weeks as we will continue to offer information on nutrition and healthy lifestyle changes.

This article fails to mention that Ms. Leger is the proprietor of 'Love and Peas Health Coaching.' While it's good to hear from local businesses, even about their services and availability, articles by the business owners should be clearly flagged as such.

Thanks Jim for bring that to my attention. It seemed clear to me, but after re-reading the article, I see how it was not transparent. We are fixing it.
