Over the last several years, Tolland residents have been fortunate to have new local businesses offer yoga, pilates, cardio exercise and organized team sports, all without leaving the confines of the town. All of the local venues have been well received by residents. When it comes to fitness, athletics and body-mind connection, they serve a very important role for adults and kids.
