Cool Sherbet

I have been making this as an after school snack.  One of the things I love about it, is how versatile this recipe can be.  The recipe I am giving you now is for MANGO SHERBET

10 oz. (1 3/4 c) chopped FROZEN mango     ***This is where you can choose any kind of fruit
1c. greek unsweetened yogurt (2% or whole) ***I have used both plain and vanilla
3 Tbsp honey
2Tbsp orange juice or mango nectar    ****Can use any flavored juice that goes with your fruit
Sliced fresh mango or other fruit for garnish (optional)

In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Divide sherbet into 4 bowls, add garnish-
Can eat immediately or freeze for later use.

You can put these in popsicle trays for frozen pops on a hot day!!
