The Tolland Planning & Zoning Commission is examining the ability for a stretch of Route 195 to accommodate technology-related business. To determine appropriate zoning regulations which would enable property owners to develop their property for tecnology related businesses, the commission has worked with planning consultants, Planimetrics of Avon, to create a 3-D computer model of the area. The model better allows the commission and the public to analyze possible building height, setbacks, size and other aspects of development.
Please join us on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 7:30PM in the Hicks Municipal Building Council Chambers at 21 Tolland Green where the Commission will unveil this model and seek public input.
