GREAT HOUSE FOR SALE! 16 Russell Drive, Tolland, CT. Big, flat backyard - great yard for children to play!  It was the first plot of land purchased on the hill, the first house designed and built by my Dad, and has been in the family for 56 years! Large custom ranch with great yard, whole house generator, walk-out basement, flat driveway and has been well maintained with care & love all these years. I had a delightful childhood growing up here! It was magical in so many ways. I would love for another family to have happy memories of a lifetime! Any one looking for a house in Tolland should definitely check out this home - great location (1/2 mile off exit 67), a great cozy well-groomed neighborhood, and the best great neighbors! This is really a gem of a house and recently had a home inspection. Pass the word, please!!
