Christmas Eve Services at the United Congregational Church of Tolland

Written By: Patrick Riley

Celebrate Christ’s birth at the United Congregational Church of Tolland and experience the joy of Christmas. Exult in the gift of Jesus as the special Christmas service reminds us of God’s love for all people. Join the church as we rejoice with hymns and readings from the Bible, as well as a powerful sermon from our Reverend.

Come to the 6:30 p.m. family service, "where all children participate in the Christmas pageant, dressing in costumes from shepherds, angels and animals in the manger. The church provides all of the costumes so that whether this service is a tradition or new to your family this evening, all children will feel welcome and can participate in the telling of the Story,” invites Reverend Medeiros.

There are also two traditional services on Christmas Eve: the first one starts at 8:30 p.m, and the second service starts at 11:00 p.m.  Both of these traditional services include a unifying and heartfelt moment with the chorus of Silent Night at the end.

Come be part of the Christmas Eve service and celebrate an important day in the UCC!
