This garden cart of litter has 89 alcoholic beverage containers in it! All of this was picked up between Old Cathole Rd traveling east, halfway to Crossfarms.
I would like authorities to catch this alcoholic litter pig, and the town workers to pick up litter, especially before mowing and turning 10 pieces of litter into 100.
