Tolland High School Riot

I was very disappointed by the THS administration email. They took no responsibility on the environment existing at THS. Students are feeling the need to act out because of the negative environment. Instead of blaming the students, administration needs to reflect on what is going on at Tolland High School. In order to create change it needs to come from the top. They need to put their egos aside and figure out what they are doing wrong. When a military state exist in society people react and act out. They should receive professional development on how to create an enriching educational community.
