USPS "Click & Ship" warning

Beware of the latest USPS "Click and Ship" software which automatically changes to Priority Mail Express which of course costs more money when the Priority Mail option is selected.  Also the scroll bar for stste selection is inoperable as well as the Chat button to ask for help from USPS
