Kyle Alexander Ruggiero, 19, of 63 Doe Run, Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to obey a traffic signal on Route 195, near the exit 68 interchange of I-84, police said. Police said three small bags containing a white powder and one small bag containing suspected marijuana were found on him and he was also charged with possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.
June 8
Peter Griffiths, 54, of 109 Dockerell Rd., Tolland, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after a domestic incident with a family member, police said.
After a traffic stop on I-84 eastbound near exit 68, Joe Coelho, 45, of 1 Stonebridge Trail, Sandy Hook, was charged with speeding, driving under the influence and failure to have his lights on, police said.
June 11
Police arrested Matthew Dugan, 20, of 125 Old Monson Rd., Stafford, on an active warrant. He was charged with sixth-degree larceny, police said.
