Route 74 Reopened
The road was closed after a tree fell into some wires earlier in the day, according to Fire Chief John Littell.
Route 74 has been reopened several hours after a tree burning on wires shut down the road, Fire Chief John Littell said in an email to Tolland Patch.
The road was shut down near Winding River Village, according to Littell.
Littell said that power has been restored to the schools.
