Police have found missing Tolland teenager Heaven Garabedian-Gay. Police say she is safe, but will be transferred to a hospital. The Silver Alert has been canceled.

Police have issued a Silver Alert for missing Tolland teenager Heaven Garabedian-Gay, .
Police report that Garabedian-Gay, 16, has been officially missing since Saturday at 2:15 p.m. She is described as a white female with dark hair, 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has a pierced nose and was last wearing a green sweatshirt, yellow tank top and blue jeans, according to police.
Police have also sent out a reverse 911 alert in some areas to notify residents of the situation.
