State Police Find Man Walking Along I-84 With Narcotics, Report Says

He had a bunch of pain medication, state police say.

State police on Wednesday said they found a man walking along a stretch of Interstate-84 in Tolland with a pocketful of drugs. 

He is now facing charges three charges as a result. 

According to an incident report, state police received a call about a pedestrian on the highway at 2:27 a.m., according to an incident report. A trooper arrived to not only find Jesse Charles Rundle, if Blaine, MN, there, but with 10 Oxycodone 5mg pills, five Cyclobenzaprine pills, and eight Naproxen 500 mg pills. 

In addition to the pain medication, he had a clear glass smoking pipe a clear glass with white powder residue in it and a metallic pill cylinder, according to an incident report. 

Rundle, 37, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance - narcotics, and the reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian, state police said.
