April 13
Douglas P. Carley, 50, of 155 Union St. in Rockville, was arrested after an altercation with his sister’s boyfriend at a residence on Crystal Lake Road. Carley was charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed and released on a $500 non-surety bond, and has a court date of April 23 at Rockville Superior Court.
