Tolland Police Blotter: March 29 - April 4
The following arrest and other police activity reports, provided by Connecticut State Police Troop C in Tolland, are accurate as of April 5, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.
March 29
Joseph P. Gagnon, 24, of 46 Eastview Terrace, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.
March 30
Cassandra M. Garofalo, no age or address listed, was arrested and charged in Tolland with violation of a protective order
Mark S. Potvin, 53, of 11 Hughs Road, was arrested and charged with breach of peace.
April 3
Two Tolland residents were involved in a minor car accident after one car drifted into the other's lane of travel on Doyle Road. According to state police, Katherine Riendeau, 23, of Plains Road was traveling east on Route 74 when the Jeep Grand Cherokee she was driving crossed the yellow line and into the path of a Saturn Vue being driven by Judith Doucette, 53, of Lorraine Drive. Both women refused medical attention at the scene.
