The following arrest reports, provided by Connecticut State Police Troop C in Tolland, are accurate as of noon on May 13, 2011.
May 9
A chain reaction three-car motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 195 near Baxter Road remains under investigation.
Cyprien Joseph, 43, of New Haven had stopped his 2003 Toyota Camry to allow a 2004 Toyota Corolla driven by Daniel J. Bochicchio Jr., 33, of Storrs to make a turn when Joseph's vehicle was struck by a 2001 Subaru Forester driven by Waleed Zawawi of 86 Buff Cap Rd. The impact forced Bochicchio's Corolla to crash into Joseph's Camry.
