Tolland Police Blotter: November 18 - 22

The following arrest reports, provided by Connecticut State Police Troop C in Tolland, are accurate as of November 22, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

November 18

A Tolland resident was involved in a two-car accident. Police report that Juma Bridgewater of Tolland had stopped on Route 195 to allow an ambulance to pass when a Bethel resident struck Bridgewater's car from behind. No injuries were reported, and the Bethel resident's car was towed. The accident is under investigation.

Kevin Keegan, 33, of 188 Metcalf Road, was charged with assault on a police officer. Police report that Keegan was arrested at his residence on the outstanding warrant.

Police responded to a two-car accident after a Vernon resident struck the car of a Burlington resident stopped on the off ramp of I-84. No injuries were reported, and both cars had minor damage to the bumper area, according to police.
