Tractor Trailer Accident Holds Up Traffic on I-84
A collision between a tractor trailer and a dump truck on I-84 eastbound created delays throughout the Tuesday morning commute.
A tractor trailer accident created traffic delays for the duration of the Tuesday morning rush hour on I-84 eastbound.
According to Tolland Fire Chief and Public Safety Director John Littell, a tractor trailer rear-ended a dump truck between exits 67 and 68, blocking two of the highway's lanes.
A state DOT crew responded to lay sand over an oil leak, Littell said.

Tolland Fire Department and state police responded to the accident at 7:30 a.m. No injuries were reported.
According to the DOT, it was one of three accidents in the area Tuesday morning.
