Scott Hair, 42, of Chaplin, was charged with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle and credit card theft at 12:42 p.m., state police said.
Hair is accused of breaking his way into a vehicle parked unattended in a community parking lot designated for recreational use on the dead end portion of N Windham Road, state police said.
Adam Wisnesky, 21, of 4 Wilson Court, Enfield, was charged with interfering at 12:36 a.m., state police said.
He was observed on the westbound shoulder of Separatist Road carrying a large bottle of Jack Daniel's whiskey, state police said. When a trooper approached him, he fled on foot, state police said. He was chanced down on foot, state police said.
Christopher Blanchette, 47, of 91 Chaffeville Rd., Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 11:33 p.m., state police said.

At 11:24 a.m. on Tolland Stage Road, Patricia Brown, 50, of 136 Stafford Rd., Ellington, was charged with interfering, state police said.
A trooper was conducting a traffic stop after an "older white station wagon" failed to stop at a stop sign at routes 74 and 195, state police said. The car pulled into the parking lot of a nearby plaza, state police said.
State police said the driver apologized and handed over his paperwork. At that time, Brown, the driver's mom, approached the driver's side of the vehicle and caused a disturbance, state police said.
The driver, Stephen Brown, then asked to use the bathroom and went into a hardware store, state police said. The trooper then discovered two outstanding warrants against Stephen Brown and he was located in the store rest room, having just used heroin and discarding the needles, state police said.
He was charged with with drug possession and charged for the warrants, state police said.
