Zachary Scelfo, 30, of 203 Anthony Rd., Tolland, was charged with probation violation, state police said.

He was stopped eastbound on Interstate-84 at 9:08 p.m. near exit 68, state police said. He failed a series of field sobriety tests, state police said. He also has a suspended New York license, state police said.
Barrett Cretella, 39, of 109 Rambler St., Bristol, was charged with breach of peace at a Tolland home at 6:29 p.m., state police said.
An argument between brothers escalated into a fight, state police said.
State police charged Olayinka Jimoh-adewale, 22, with DUI, failure to carry the proper insurance, operating without a license, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:47 a.m.
He was stopped on I-84 eastbound near exit 64 after state police received a 9-1-1 call about an erratic driver, according to a police report.
