Troop C Police Blotter - Week Ending Aug. 17, 2013

The latest arrests.

Arrest information is furnished by the the state police Troop C barracks in Tolland and does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 8

Zachary Scelfo, 30, of 203 Anthony Rd., Tolland, was charged with probation violation, state police said.

He was taken into custody at 4:20 p.m., state police said.



Jamie Cox, 41, of 38 Lincoln St., Plymouth, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, state police said.

He surrendered to state police at 7:42 p.m., state police said.

Aug. 10

Isiah Burton, 19, of 4336 Richardson Ave. in The Bronx, was charged with speeding on the highway (up to 85 mph), driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without license, state police said.

He was stopped eastbound on Interstate-84 at 9:08 p.m. near exit 68, state police said. He failed a series of field sobriety tests, state police said. He also has a suspended New York license, state police said.



Barrett Cretella, 39, of 109 Rambler St., Bristol, was charged with breach of peace at a Tolland home at 6:29 p.m., state police said.

An argument between brothers escalated into a fight, state police said.
