Planning & Zoning Commission to discuss multi-family development plan.

Monday, July 25

Tolland Republican Caucus, 7 p.m., Community Room, Hicks Memorial Municipal Building. The party will endorse its nominated candidates.

Planning & Zoning Commission, 7:30 p.m., Council Chambers, Hicks Memorial Municipal Center. The commission will be discussing a multi-family development conceptual plan, which would be built on property off of Route 195 and Anthony Road.

Tolland Public Library Board of Directors, 7:30 p.m., Library Program Room, Tolland Public Library.

 

Tuesday, July 26 

Tolland Democratic Caucus, 6:30 p.m., Community Room, Hicks Memorial Municipal Center. The party will endorse its nominated candidates.

 

Town Council, 7:30 p.m., Council Chambers, Hicks Memorial Municipal Center. The council will hold a public hearing on the approval of more than $1.5 million in bonds and notes to finance various town projects. It will also vote on a resolution that would waive building permit fees for the town, Board of Education and certain non-profit organizations.

 

Thursday, July 28

Conservation Commission Workshop, 7p.m., Conference Room A, Hicks Memorial Municipal Center.

 

Zoning Board of Appeals, 7:30 p.m., Council Chambers, Hicks Memorial Municipal Center.
