Town Council & Board of Education Joint Budget Meeting

The Town Council and  will have a joint meeting to discuss budgetary matters on Feb. 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the .  Residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the Board of Education budget as well as preliminary information on the status of the overall Town budget.

Residents are also encouraged to provide input on funding levels for the next fiscal year, tax tolerance and suggestions for budget modifications.  

Residents who are not able to attend the meeting who have questions related to the budget may email Steve Werbner, Town Manager at swerbner@tolland.org  

We are still early in the budget process with the next key date being Feb. 16, when Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will release his budget and all towns and cities will have a better idea as to the status of state aid to municipalities.
