Republican Town Committee Serves Up Lobster

The members of the town committee hosted LobsterFest 2011 last Saturday to raise funds for the upcoming election.

Tolland Republicans threw their annual fundraiser, LobsterFest 2011, at the Rockville Fish and Game Club on Saturday.

The social event serves multiple purposes for the Republican Town Commitee.

"It's a combination fundraiser and a way to see people," said Andy Powell, who is running for re-election on the Board of Education.
