Tolland Village Area Appeal Withdrawn

Property owner Stephen Williams has officially withdrawn his appeal concerning TVA regulations.

Tolland property owner Stephen Williams has officially, according to Town Planner Linda Farmer.

Williams originally filed the appeal approximately a year ago, arguing that the Planning & Zoning Commission had drawn up "design guidelines" that could be used as binding regulations for property development in the Tolland Village Area.

Williams owns 13 acres in that particular zone.

Farmer said that the PZC made several revisions to the TVA regulations after the appeal was filed, including removing a Plan of Conservation and Development map from the regulations and loosening the requirements and recommendations regarding interconnectivity between adjoining parcels.

The latest TVA regulations are attached to the article. Check out about the Tolland Village Area.
