A Thanksgiving Feast in March

The high school's culinary class served a delicious Thanksgiving feast for its weekly lunch.

culinary class served a typical Thanksgiving feast on Friday: turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce and more. It seems that it doesn't have to be November to enjoy the holiday spread!

"I thought of Thanksgiving, and how it's the best meal of the year," said head chef Dylan Roman of his inspiration for the menu.

The chef's choice and the students' fine cooking drew praise from the full dining room.

"I could not get over how moist the turkey was," said Bolton resident Bob Rose. Table 3 went on to debate whether the stuffing, turkey or cranberry sauce should take top honors as the best dish.
