At the University of Rhode Island's 127th Commencement, more than 3,200 undergraduate and 770 graduate students became the University's newest alumni.
Kayla M. Pelletier of Tolland received a BS in Animal Science & Technology.

Connor Gagliardi, of Tolland, CT, graduated cum laude from Union College on Sunday, June 16 during the College's 219th Commencement exercises.
Gagliardi, a Biochemistry major, received a Bachelor of Science degree.
• 
Pomfret School has announced its honor rolls for spring term 2013.
Kaylee Arzt of Tolland was among the students named to the High Honor Roll. Kaylee is a member of the Pomfret class of 2016.
Olivia Lyon of Tolland was among the students named to the High Honor Roll. Olivia is a member of the Pomfret class of 2015.
A student makes the high honors roster by earning a 3.5 average and no grade lower than a B-.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the spring semester of the 2012-2013 academic year.
Dylan Schiff of Tolland earned Highest Honors.
Alison Whitlock of Tolland earned High Honors.

The Office of the Registrar at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts has announced the Dean's List for the spring semester of 2013. Congratulations to Darrin Melendy (2015) from Tolland, who achieved Dean's List.

Michael Hannigan-Penda, a resident of Tolland, CT and a member of the class of 2014, has been named to the Dean's List at Providence College for the Spring 2013 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.

The following students were named to the Castleton College Dean's list for the Spring 2013 semester. To qualify for this academic honor, the student must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 3.5.

Drew University student Erin Howard of Tolland has been named to the Dean's List for the Spring 2013 semester. In order to qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a grade point average of 3.6 or above.

The following students made the dean's list at James Madison University for the spring 2013 semester.

Rebecca Joy Wolfe of Tolland graduated with a degree in Social Work - BSW from James Madison University during the May 4, 2013 commencement exercises.
Wolfe was among 3,600 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.

Tolland resident Brittany Elizabeth French, has been named to the president's list at James Madison University for the spring 2013 semester. Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.900 or above. French is a sophomore whose major is Math - BS.

Jennifer Amenta, a resident of Tolland, received a Master of Arts degree from Fairfield University's Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions at the 63rd Commencement ceremonies which took place on May 19, 2013, on the campus of Fairfield University.
• 
Allison Waterfield of Tolland has been named an Orientation Group Leader for the 2013 Summer Orientation and Registration (SOAR) program at Western New England University. Waterfield is majoring in Marketing Communication/Advertising at the University.
